On September 13, 2024, our hardworking and highly respected town leader, Mayor Oscarlito Hernandez, took the lead in a significant community event: the distribution of Educational Assistance. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support the educational needs of our youth and to foster a culture of learning and achievement within our community.
The event was a collaborative effort, with Vice Mayor Ma-an De Gracia and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan playing crucial roles in its success. Their participation underscores the collective commitment of our local government to ensure that educational resources are accessible to those who need them most.
The organization and execution of the distribution were expertly managed by our Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), headed by Ma. Chery Ann M. De Guzman, RSW. She was accompanied by her dedicated staff, who worked tirelessly to ensure that the process ran smoothly and efficiently. Their hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated, as they are integral to the success of such community-focused programs.
Additionally, Mrs. Menchilita Salagubang from the Municipal Treasurer's Office was also on hand, contributing her expertise to the financial aspects of the distribution.
